Three Shopify stores, custom product personalization, and 512 customer orders that almost disappeared.

Apolis is a global fashion brand running three Shopify stores with custom product personalization — customers type their name, it gets printed on the bag. One weekend, 512 orders lost their artwork files. Customers had paid for customization they weren't going to receive.

We built a rescue tool in hours. It bypassed the broken pipeline, called the production API directly with every order's data, and regenerated all 512 files in 17 minutes. By Monday morning, every order was whole.
